Warwickshire Championships Entry Form
This years Warwickshire Championships will be held once again at the St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre in Warwick on Sunday January 5th 2003.
This is of course the premier event for ALL Warwickshire players and this year a set of 4 restricted events have been added to make the championships more worthwhile for all, except for those at the top who are excluded from them.
The four new events are Mens/Womens/Junior Boys and Junior Girls restricted.
Closing Date for entries is December 13th 2002
